Cyfarchion i holl aelodau yr Adran Iau - yn chwaraewyr, rhieni, rheolwyr, hyfforddwyr a chefnogwyr. Yn ein cyfarfod diwethaf penderfynodd y pwyllgor taw da o beth fyddai mabwysiadu datganiad cenhadaeth ar gyfer ein Clwb Rygbi arbennig.
Gan taw CRCC yw’r talfyriad a ddefnyddir ar ein logo swyddogol, logo sy’n hysbys i bawb ers 1967, sef blwyddyn sefydlu ein CLWB, defnyddir hwn fel sail i’n datganiad.
Datganiad Cenhadaeth CRCC
Cymreictod – Rygbi – Cwrteisi – Cyfeillgarwch
“Mae Clwb Rygbi Cymry Caerdydd yn datblygu chwaraewyr rygbi hyderus, llawn sgiliau a chymhelliant . Gwneir hyn trwy barchu, dathlu a hybu Cymreictod mewn iaith a diwylliant, sef conglfaen ein ethos. Bydd pob aelod o’r CLWB yn dangos cwrteisi tuag at eraill, ar bob achlysur, a manteisio ar bob cyfle i arddel cyfeillgarwch rhwng cyd-aelodau a chyfeillion o’r gymuned rygbi ehangach.”
Gofynnwn i’r rhieni a’r gwarcheidiaid i drafod y datganiad cenhadaeth hwn gyda pob chwaraewr , o’r ieuengaf (dan 6) hyd at yr hynaf ( dan 16 ar hyn o bryd). Yn amlwg disgwylir i’r chwaraewyr ddod a’u kit a’u esgidiau rygbi i bob ymarfer neu gêm , ond yn ogystal disgwylir iddynt ddod a’u Cymreictod, cwrteisi a chyfeillgarwch parod.
Mae holl hyfforddwyr a rheolwyr gwirfoddol y CLWB yn rhoi eu hamser a’u hegni yn ddirwgnach, ac er mwyn hwyluso pob sesiwn mae diogelwch, ymddygiad a pharch yn holl bwysig. Mae’r pwyllgor am sefydlu polisi ymddygiad positif a fydd yn parchu pob aelod o’r CLWB. Trwy fabwysiadu y datganiad cenhadaeth uchod, ystyriwn y bydd buddiannau ein haelodau yn derbyn parch a CRCC yn parhau i ffynnu a llwyddo ar y cae ac yn y gymuned.

Greetings to all members of Adran Iau - our players, parents, managers, coaches and supporters.In our last meeting the committee decided that it would be beneficial to adopt a mission statement for our unique Rugby Club (CLWB).
As CRCC is the abbreviation used on our CLWB logo, a logo used since 1967 when CLWB was formed, this has been used as the foundation for our mission statement.

“Clwb Rygbi Cymry Caerdydd develops confident, skilful and motivated rugby players. CLWB members respect, celebrate and promote Cymreictod, through language and culture, which is the cornerstone of our ethos. All CLWB members show courtesy towards others on all occasions, and ensure a spirit of camaraderie between fellow members and the wider rugby playing community”.

We ask parents and guardians to discuss this mission statement with their child, from the youngest (under 6) to the oldest (presently U16). Obviously we expect all CLWB players to bring their boots and kit to every training session and match, however, we expect them also to bring their Cymreictod, courtesy and spirit of camaraderie.
All CLWB volunteer coaches and team managers give their time and energy enthusiastically for the benefit of the players- your children. So as to ensure safety and wellbeing in all the sessions, the need for positive behaviour and respect is paramount. The committee is to introduce a positive behaviour policy which will ensure that respect is shown to all CLWB members. By adopting the above mission statement we trust that the welfare of all our members will be respected , and that CRCC will continue to flourish and succeed on the field and
