Diolch i bob un a ddaeth i ymarfer heddi (ac i bawb ddaeth â nhw i Gôl). Mae'n teimlo fel sawl mis ers i'r glaw gadw draw! Gobeithio i'r chwaraewyr fwynhau y sesiwn. Yn sicr mi roedd yr hyfforddwyr yn hapus iawn i weld y sgiliau gafodd eu harddangos. Ry'n ni hefyd yn gwerthfawrogi ymdrech y criw yn arbrofi gyda 'drills' newydd. Roedd llai o chwaraewyr ar y cae mwy yn golygu bod gan bawb ddigon o le i ymosod. Cafodd hyd yn oed ambell 'siswrn' ei weld yn datgloi'r llinell amddiffyn.

Yn dilyn y sesiwn ola' o rygbi cyffwrdd, mi wnaethon ni gael sgwrs fer am bwysigrwydd cefnogi ein cyd-chwaraewyr - nid dim ond drwy gynorthwyo'r person gyda'r bêl, ond yn y ffordd ry'n ni'n cyfathrebu. Mae pawb yn gollwng pas o dro i dro, ry'n ni i gyd yn methu tacl yn achlysurol. Ond drwy annog a chefnogi ein gilydd, mi fyddwn ni yn gryfach tîm.

Many thanks to those who were able to make training at Gôl today (and those who got them there), for the first time, in what seems like months, the rain held off! and as always, we hope the players enjoyed the session. The coaches certainly enjoyed seeing the skills on show and we appreciate their efforts in trying out some new training drills. Having a large pitch and a smaller number of players gave us lots of space to attack and it was great to see the players expressing themselves and attacking the line with loops and scissors to open up the defense.

After our final session of touch rugby, we spoke briefly about the importance of supporting our teammates, not just with our running lines but also in how we communicate. We all drop passes, we all miss tackles but if our response is to support and encourage each other, we’ll be a better team for it.
